What vehicle options do you offer for groups?
Our fleet consists of luxury Suburban SUVs (5 pax), Mercedes Sprinters (12 pax), Coach buses (30 pax), Coaster buses (20 pax) and Mercedes Maybach (2 pax).
Are your rates per person or per vehicle?
Rates for bus transfers are quoted round-trip, per person. For specific vehicle options or private transfers, the rates are per vehicle and fit up to the capacity of each vehicle including luggage. For example, Suburban (up to 5 guests with luggage) or Sprinter (up to 12 guests with luggage).
What is included and not included in the rates?
Rates are quoted inclusive of VAT and any airport fees.
How does the meet and greet work at the airport? Can I have someone holding a sign for our group?
For groups staying at Atlantis, you may check-in at the Atlantis welcome lounge in the airport directly after exiting Customs straight ahead. For large groups or groups needing personalized meet & greet services, a dedicated welcome desk can be arranged with signage for a fee.
We have a very large group, over 300 guests, arriving throughout the day. How do you coordinate the logistics of large groups?
For large groups, human arrows will direct guests to the short-term parking lot of the airport where guests can comfortably board buses and secure luggage.
How do you manage the transport of luggage for guests?
For guests in private SUVs, Sprinters or in groups smaller than 10 pax the vehicles can accommodate luggage. If guests are traveling with bags and excess oversized items, we can provide a separate luggage van for a fee. For large groups traveling via bus the luggage is sorted into a luggage van that travels alongside the bus.
What happens if a flight is delayed?
Our reservations team monitors the arrival of flights and automatically adjusts the pick-up time to ensure vehicles are in place for guest arrival.
How do you schedule departures?
Departure pick-ups are scheduled a minimum of 3 hours prior to flight to ensure adequate time for guests to reach the airport and clear security and U.S. Immigration in Nassau.
We have several VIPs in our group. What options can we offer for them?
We have private SUVs for VIP guests and Maybach sedan.
We have a golf event at Ocean Club golf course; how do we organize transportation?
We recommend providing a dedicated Coaster/Coach shuttle on standby for guests. The Coach can also transport golf clubs for guests taking their clubs to play. If a large number of clubs need to be transported a luggage van can be organized for an additional fee.
We have some off-site dinner movements and excursions, how are the transfers organized for these activities?
We can offer dedicated shuttle buses for dinner movements or excursions or private SUV transfers.
I have some guests who want to pay for transportation on their own, do you have a booking link option?
Yes! We can offer groups a dedicated online booking link, with your logo, for guests to reserve and pay for their transportation via credit card.
How do we make payments? Can I put the charge on my Master Account?
We can secure your reservation via major credit card or if provided a Master account we can charge the account.
Are your drivers licensed and trained? Do you have public liability insurance?
All of our professional drivers undergo rigorous, on-going training and are in possession of public service licenses as well as Bahama Host training. BET is covered by excess public liability with worldwide jurisdiction up to $15,000 000.
Where are your offices located? What are your office hours?
We have offices located at Victoria & Dowdeswell Street. Our offices are open from 6am-9pm 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
How does your team manage communication with the group organizers and changes to the manifest?
We can create a dedicated WhatsApp group that is monitored throughout the day by our reservations and dispatch team and other relevant stakeholders to ensure any changes or updates can be addressed expeditiously.
